When we pray on the ground outside the masjid on Friday noon, it doesnt mean that the masjid has overflowed its full capacity, but it means that the masjid has started falling short of people who can donate money willfully for the sake of ALLAH's house. If you look around, you will notice that almost every masjid near us needs our attention. If we care for ALLAH's house, ALLAH will care for our house.
A hadith reported by Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim, "Whosoever builds for Allah a masjid, Allah will reward him similar to it in paradise."
In another narration reported by Imam Ahmad, "Whosoever shares in building a masjid for Allah, even if it is as small as a bird’s nest, Allah (S.W.T.) will build for him a house in Paradise."
Fellow kokani brothers, there are always shortage of funds for every masjid. Try going around the masjids to find out what the masjid needs. Talk to your fellow kokanis and organize an event by visiting every house for masjid donation. Similarly, write to us in details about the masjid's needs and we will publish it on the website.
Qura'an Verses 53:39-41 read: “That man can have nothing but what he strives for. That his striving will soon come in sight. Then will he be rewarded complete”. These verses explain that the reward of a deed for which a man had made efforts in his lifetime, shall continue to be added to his account after his death. This is called ‘Amal-e-Jaariya’ or ‘Sadqa-e-Jaariya’ or ‘Sawaab-e-Jaariya’.
